Question: What kind of equipment do you folks work on?

Answer: We work on all kinds of lawn & Garden equipment with engines on them, we also work on farm & compact tractors, we work on UTV side by sides and more.

Question: Do you do warranty work?

Answer: Yes. We are a warranty shop for Campbell Hausfeld, Briggs and Stratton, Kohler, Tecumseh, Homelite, Cub Cadet, MTD, AYP Products (American Yard Products). Generac & Champion, Baja Motor Sports, Coleman Power Sports. We also work closely with Tractor Supply, Wal-Mart and Lowes to help support their customers needs.

Question: What is not covered under warranty?

Answer: We find that 90% of the equipment that comes to our shop is non warranty work. Most Manufactures state that it must be a defective from the factory to be covered.

Question: What should I do if I feel it is warranty?

Answer:  My best advice is to look over your new machine closely and if you find a issue that you feel should be covered, contact the manufacture 1-800 number to start a claim that is located in the owners manual that is supplied with your new machine. Do not take it back to where you bought it from. Once the unit is sold, it now is between you and the manufacture to make it right if there is an issue. Once you contact the manufacture, they will contact us to take care of any issues found.

Question: Do you offer a pick-up & drop off service?

Answer: Yes we do for a fee. We are way cheaper than other shops doing the same work. We basically charge enough to cover the fuel and wear & tear on trucks & trailers. Most of the time we there are two of us in the truck to make sure loading goes smoothly. If we figured in the cost of two employees, it would be a much higher cost. Average cost is around $30.00 for small engine and $50.00 for tractors

Question: Is pick-up and delivery covered if it is under warranty?

Answer: No, none of the manufactures we know of will pay us to do it. Even under warranty, you would need to cover those costs if you needed that service.

Question: What do you charge an hour?

Answer: We charge $40.00 an hour for small engine work and $55.00 for farm tractors. The average going rate locally for the same work is $78.00 an hour for small engine work and close to $100.00 for tractor work.

Question: What is the normal turn around time to get my machine fixed?

Answer: This depends on why its here. If it is for a normal service, your talking a day or two. If it is a motor rebuild or clutch replacement on a tractor, this of course takes more time to do a great job.  We try to have most parts in stock to complete repairs, but if we need to order anything...this does create a delay.

Question: I cannot seem to access your online stores. Where can I buy from you?

Answer: We opted to pull down both web stores that were outdated and needed a lot of updating. We are in the process of combining both stores into one so that you our customer can order tractor and lawn mower parts at the same time with just one shipping charge. You can still buy from us directly over the phone or from our items on eBay, Amazon, Wal-Mart, Sears and more.

Question: Do you offer any shipping options if I order parts over the phone?

Answer: Yes, we do ship USPS, UPS and FedEx daily from our  location. On the heaver items, we also direct ship from the manufactures to keep costs down.
